16th Annual Dinner/Dance Fundraiser

On Saturday, February 6, 2010, heritage York held the 16th Annual Dinner/Dance Fundraiser at the Lambton House, 4066 Old Dundas Street. This year's guest speaker was John Sewell, CM. John is probably best known as the "blue jean" mayor during his stint as Mayor of Toronto from 1978 through 1980. John provided a thought-provoking presentation on the development of the 905 region and the grand-fathered effects still haunting taxpayers today.
